Jynth Brings Analog-Style Synthesis, Physics Engine Control To iOS & macOS
Fingerlab has introduced Jynth for iPhone, iPad and Mac. They say it offers the “warm, analog soul of the iconic Roland Juno-106, reimagined with a groundbreaking Physics Engine for organic, living sound”.
Jynth is a software synthesizer from Fingerlab for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that pairs a Juno-inspired analog-style signal path with a Physics Engine for motion-based modulation.
The synth architecture includes dual oscillators, resonant filtering, ADSR envelope control, LFO modulation, glide, and an onboard arpeggiator, while the effects section adds tremolo, flanger, chorus, delay, and reverb.

It features a modulation system with up to eight independent physics-driven stages that can be assigned to synth and effects parameters, using controls such as speed, gravity, bounce, impulse, and angle.
Jynth runs as a standalone app and as an AUv3 plug-in, with MIDI input support, background audio support, preset import/export, and a factory preset library.
Jynth is available now as a free download for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with a $9.99 in-app purchase to unlock the full version.
