New Plug, SubMass, Helps You Achieve ‘Massive Bass Response’
DSPTone has introduced SubMass, a new audio effect for Mac and Windows that is designed to help you achieve a “massive, powerful bass response that remains perfectly tight, clean, and focused”.
SubMass uses a specialized, interactive filtering circuit that creates a resonant volume peak at your chosen target frequency, while simultaneously executing an aggressive high-pass cutoff immediately below it.
They say that this makes your bass instruments feel larger, more focused, and mix-ready.
