Teenage Engineering has updated the EP-133 K.O. II sampler memory to 128mb.
The device’s features and design are essentially the same, but the front panel has been updated with heading ‘128 MB Sampler Composer’, vs the original’s ’64 MB’.
The EP–133 K.O. II lets you record sounds around you, sequence your samples and loops, tweak and automate filter, pitch and more, add stereo effects, compressor and punch-in effects, all on a chonky device with retro-sexy vintage calculator vibes.

The SynTesla Animator design was conceived by Yves Usson. The Animator is a fully analog module that generates a modulated mix of four waveforms, of different pitches and types, from a simple sawtooth wave input.
The company says that it will be available in the next SynTesla 5U systems. Details are still to come at the SynTesla site.
Composer and developer Hannes d’Hoine shared this video demo of STRIKE Resonator, a free port of the Mutable Instruments Rings in Max For Live as an audio effect.
The device was developed in MaxMSP gen~, based on the original C++ source code by Emilie Gillet. It’s also available as a MIDI instrument.
