Dreadbox Reissues Erebus and Hades Synths
Dreadbox inform us that they are reissuing two popular synths: Erebus Reissue and Hades Reissue.
Dealers open for pre-orders, and the synths are expected to ship to customers in December.
Erebus Reissue
Dreadbox calls the Erebus their “most unique sounding analog synthesizer.” It’s an all-in-one synth that can be used standalone or as part of a Eurorack system.

- Full analog synth, faithful reproduction of the 1st Erebus
- Can be used as a standalone unit or as a Eurorack module, 42HP sized USB-powered for maximum portability and energy efficiency
- 2 x VCO’s with the ability to work paraphonically
- 2 x waveforms per VCO and NEW Hard sync function
- Separate glide controls for each VCO
- 2 pole Dreadbox Low Pass Filter
- OTA VCA
- Lo-fi delay
- 1 x ADSR envelope and an AR amp envelope, improved from the original version 1 x wide-range LFO
- 18 x patch points to interact with Eurorack gear
Hades is their analog bass synthesizer. Like the Erebus, it is an all-in-one synth that can be used standalone or as part of a Eurorack system.

- 1 x VCO with 2 sub octaves
- 2 x waveforms with PW control
- 3-pole resonating low pass filter
- OTA distortion
- OTA VCA
- 1 x AD/RS envelope generator and 1 AR, improved from the original version 1 x wide-range triangle wave LFO
- Powerful Bass boost circuit
- 11 patch points to interact with Eurorack gear
