The preview provides an A/B style comparison of the Hydrasynth patches to the original sounds:

  • 40 patches recreated from the iconic Roland JX3P and Juno-106 synthesizers
  • The patches are easy to install, via the ASM librarian. Instructions are included in a PDF that comes with the download.

The video, via Autodafe, demonstrates how to build a DIY module to host VCV Rack, the virtual Eurorack modular synth, inside a hardware Eurorack module.

The DIY Eurorack module loads Cardinal, a self-contained, open-source fork of VCV Rack.

The Stylophone Theremin builds on the original Stylophone design, being battery powered featuring simple sound controls. It adds an antenna for pitch control, but unlike traditional theremins, uses a trigger with envelope for volume.

The instrument also features a slider for precise note control, delay and vibrato effects, octave control, and various tone options.
