Today, Behringer shared this image of a palette of boxes of their RS-9 Rhythm Sequencer, which was originally announced back in 2022.
The Behringer RS-9 is a trigger sequencer for Eurorack modular synthesizers, based on the sequencer of their RD-9 drum machine. It features 10 individual outputs and full USB/MIDI control, so you can use it to trigger any external drum module or modules.
Details on availability are still to be announced, but the target price for the Behringer RS-9 sequencer is $179.
AMSynths has introduced the AM1028 Sequential Volts, an 8HP wide Eurorack module that adds an extra column of eight control voltages to the Behringer 1027 Sequencer.
The Behringer sequencer is a Euro-format copy of the sequencer of the classic ARP 2500 modular system. The AM1028 Sequential Volts is part of AMSynths’ line of ‘lost ARP 2500’ modules, created by Rob Keeble, who collaborated with Behringer on their 2500 series Eurorack modules.
The AM1028 Sequential Volts features outputs for both 2V and 10V ranges and green LED’s indicate the step position. The module is connected internally to the Behringer 1027 using a 12-way IDC ribbon cable. There are eight rotary potentiometers for setting the voltages. Multiple AM1028’s can be chained together.
Developer Fred Anton Corvest let us know that FAC Fizzica is now available on the App Store as a Universal Purchase for iOS, macOS + Vision Pro.
FAC Fizzica extends the Fizz module from FAC Punchlab, maintaining its intuitive design while introducing advanced features for extensive sound shaping.
FAC Fizzica is designed for creating “a vintage lo-fi aesthetic and enhancing audio by adding digital noise artifacts that dynamically respond to your audio input.” Corvest says that this is ideal for refining basslines, pads, drum loops, and any elements requiring organic and expressive transformations.
FAC Fizzica features:
Infuse your sound with digital artifact textures.
Integrated envelope follower for dynamic sound expression.
Supports noises, oscillators, and internal/external audio modulation models.
Side mix control to balance between fully processed signal and sidebands.
Sidechain support: external envelope follower and audio model.
Optimized workflow with an easy-to-use XY control pad.
Spectrum display of the output signal.
Extended version of FAC Punchlab’s Fizz module.
Advanced Responsive Design, portrait and landscape views.
Universal Purchase: AUv3 for iOS (iPad/iPhone), macOS and Vision Pro.
FAC Fizzica is available to purchase at the App Store for $9.99.
