Tunary Introduces SILT Generative Tape Loop Instrument
Tunary Instruments has introduced SILT, a new “Generative Tape-Loop Instrument”.
It features four short melodic loops of different lengths, that drift slowly out of phase through an emulated tape machine.
They say this creates “soft music-box tones, smeared by wow, dust and age, layered over field recordings of birds, stream and vinyl.”
