Behringer Intros BM-15M MURF Box
Behringer today has introduced the BM-15M MURF Box, a knockoff of the Moog MF-105 MuRF pedal.
Behringer had previously announced plans to copy more than half of Moog’s Moogerfooger line, but that didn’t include the MURF pedal. With today’s announcement, it looks more and more like Behringer is planning to create ‘Boogerfooger’ knockoffs of Moog’s complete Moogerfooger line.
The Behringer BM-15M MURF BOX, like the original, is designed to let you create sequenced filter patterns. It features 8 filters, selectable patterns, MIDI control and several modulation options.
Features:
- 8 Filters with selectable patterns
- Based on the Moog MF-105 from the ’90s
- Envelope control
- USB/MIDI control
- Rate control for modulation speed
- Resonance control for enhanced filter effect
- Mix control for blending between input signal and MURF output
- Expression pedal input for real-time control
The Behringer BM-15M MURF Box is shipping from their factory, priced at $129 outside the US, and $50 for US buyers.
