Intellijel Introduces 2HP MEMS Microphone Module


Intellijel has introduced MEMS Mic – a 2HP Microphone Module for Eurorack.

The MEMS Mic makes it easy to bring outside sounds into your system, with a tiny omni mic component hidden behind the panel.


Features:

  • MEMS omni microphone with flat frequency response
  • Output level can be controlled via slider and/or CV input
  • When modulating with CV, the slider becomes an attenuator
  • Patch and modulate two independently for stereo effects
  • Activity (green) and overload (red) indicator LEDs
  • Fixed low-frequency roll-of switch (180Hz, 6dB/oct)

Moog One Firmware Update Fixes Bugs + Improves MIDI Support


Moog Music has released a free firmware update for the Moog One, addressing bugs and improving its MIDI support.

 

New in Moog One Firmware v1.8.0:

  • Improvements and Fixes Found in v1.8.0L
  • Fixed USB descriptor to improve MIDI compatiblity with Windows.
  • Fixed crashes when receiving large amounts of MIDI data.
  • Fixed when ARP is on, MIDI is being output with the original key presses instead of just the ARP.
  • Fixed turning ARP on while already playing, only sending out ARP notes after one loop of the ARP.
  • Fixed EG ATTACK SYNC, DECAY SYNC, and RELEASE SYNC not being MIDI mappable.
  • Fixed LFO RATE SYNC not being MIDI mappable.
  • Fixed GLIDE ON and GLIDE RATE not being MIDI mappable.
  • Fixed changing LADDER filter slope via MIDI not being represented in the UI or the front panel.
  • Fixed changing SVF filter mode via MIDI not being represented in the UI or the front panel.
  • Fixed changing OSC HARD SYNC through MIDI CC causing panel lag and crashes.
  • Fixed LHC More Semitone Transpose not affecting MIDI note number.
