GPU Audio – a DSP platform that lets you use standard GPU processors for high-performance audio production – let us know that they have updated their Early Access FIR Convolver, adding AMD GPU support.

Erica Synths offers Perkons drum machine update: new demos, a release date and a price change
Erica Synths update us that the first batch of Perkons HD-01 has already sold out, but, the company has now confirmed that it has all the componentry it needs to start producing the second batch.
Launched back in 2021, the Perkons has been eagerly awaited, but problems in the supply chain caused its launch to be delayed.
They also shared two new video demos. The first, above, provides an overview of the voices, sequencer, parameters, controls and other features,
The second video, below, demonstrates the sonic possibilities of the Perkons HD-01 : 4-voice muscles being flexed in a revealing sound demo.
The price of the Perkons HD-01 has increased slightly to $2,059/€1,700. Orders that were placed before 22 June will start shipping in August/September; orders placed now will start shipping in October, as long as no manufacturing delays are encountered.
