The Korg Kronos continues its evolution with the new enhanced version; Kronos X . The Kronos X range is available with 61, 73 or 88 keys. The 73-key and 88-key models of the Kronos X features RH3 real weighted hammer action keyboard, with Korg’s Smooth Sound Transition technology, Set List, 8″ TFT TouchView^TM display , Effects; Insert (12), Master (2) and Total (2), nine sound engines including realistic piano, richly expressive electric piano, tonewheel organ, digital synthesis, and powerful analog/physical modeling , Realtime controllers; a four-way joystick, ribbon controller, sliders (9), knobs (8)and many more.

The Korg Kronos X hammer weighting is graded, providing a heavier feel in the lower register and a lighter feel in the upper register, just as on a grand piano, offering superb playability. The Smooth Sound Transition technology is a robust addition and is designed to maintain any currently held, played, or sustaining notes ; with their effects, helping to prevent drop-outs from occurring when player switch sounds or change from Program mode to Combi mode. Its User Sample Bank enables players create their own large sample libraries and you can access up to 16 premium-quality effects at once. An on-board sequencer offers 16 MIDI tracks and 16 audio tracks and an open sampling system allows the player sample and resample instantly from any mode. With an internal memory of approximately 2 GB and SSD capacity of 62 GB, the high-spec keyboard is the ultimate workstation fulfilling the requests of many musicians and artists.
